Message I will offer you a link that will give you the instructions to get the maximum release pedal adjustment possible that will keep you from adjusting too far that would kill your clutch.

If this adjustment does not work and your sure all the air is out of the system only a few things will cause the issue your having.
1. The Disc is bent or a disc coming apart
2. The pressure plate is not built correctly, or the pressure plate is failing and not allowing enough release.
3. The release fork is cracked or broken
4. The pivot ball is broken
5. Master is failing

If your running a full face Feramic Disc they are WAY TOO HEAVY. These disc's weigh much more than the factory disc and this will cause harder shifting and extreme wear on the syncros. The heavier the disc the more shaft inertia and the harder it is for the trans shaft to slow down to fit the next gear. Over time these heavy disc's will take a toll on the syncro's
