I will offer you a link that will give you the instructions to get the maximum release pedal adjustment possible that will keep you from adjusting too far that would kill your clutch.

1. The Disc is bent or a disc coming apart
2. The pressure plate is not built correctly, or the pressure plate is failing and not allowing enough release.
3. The release fork is cracked or broken
4. The pivot ball is broken
5. Master is failing If your running a full face Feramic Disc they are WAY TOO HEAVY. These disc's weigh much more than the factory disc and this will cause harder shifting and extreme wear on the syncros. The heavier the disc the more shaft inertia and the harder it is for the trans shaft to slow down to fit the next gear. Over time these heavy disc's will take a toll on the syncro's Best of luck and feel free to call if you need more help.
